These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Storage Swipe & Clean Photos app (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. We do not require an account; the App operates directly on your device’s media library.

License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except where permitted by law.
  • Use the App to infringe on others’ rights or violate applicable laws.
  • Attempt to interfere with the App’s normal operation or security.

Content on Your Device

The App accesses your photo library to let you preview, keep, or delete items. Processing occurs on-device; we do not collect or upload your media. You are responsible for backing up your data before deletion.

Updates & Availability

We may update the App to improve performance, security, or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or end support at any time.

Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party resources (e.g., the App Store). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
